Our breakfast is made of organic food, fresh home bread every morning and according to our guests’s choices local organic jams and marmelade, eggs coming from an organic farm in Payrignac, organic local and national cheeses, butter and ham. Fruits of the season can make a nice fruit salad or eaten fresh as you like. I bake either muffins, biscuits, cakes or make pancakes. If you are staying more than one night you will taste a different treat each morning.
We have an automatic coffee machine with integrated grinder (no capsules, coffe grounds are used in the garden and composter). Tea pots are in borosilicate glass from Bodum.
It is an “à la carte” breakfast to stick to our guests’s taste avoiding food waste.
