I am offering a “table d’hôtes” upon request.
I enjoy a simple and convivial cuisine with a touch of originality. I enjoy cooking very much even though I do not claim to be any gourmet cook.
My preference goes to a seasonal cooking and mostly vegeterian. I am myself a flexitarian, so I eat a bit of meat (duck as it is our biggest specialty in the Lot reigion).
I consider my hosts will have a chance to try out our local specialties during their discovery of the region, so I usually try to cook different things. I always use fruits, vegetables and cheese specialties from the closest producers around. I like when my hosts give their preferences to establish a menu that will satisfy everyone. It is a great moment to exchange and share about each other over a nice meal.
The price of the menu is, per person 22 euros (all included).
